When I originally created WestGate it was a large, circular city with some standard stuff. Market district, slums, high class living, the keep, and I think there was an airship factory. Anyways, I'd like to build a nice image of WestGate here where we can all verify just what is in the city and where things are located. Also, I'm speaking in a long-term timeline, I suppose...?
